PROGRESSIVE ONSITE TRAINING

CLASS DETAILS

With the lifting more restrictions on small gatherings, BEAST Athletics is proud to introduce PHASE 2 our Progressive Onsite Development small group sessions for hockey and lacrosse players.

Updated social gathering rules has allowed us to combine two PODS to create an 8:2 athlete to instructor ratio. We believe the increase in POD sizes will speed up development and re-introduce competition into training.

From June 13 to July 3, we will help you find a pod or work with existing POD participants to find a similar POD in which to merge. You can email Bliss or Reid for more information.

After July 3, we will be creating scheduled PODs in Oakville, Mimico, Barrie, Toronto, Scarborough, Whitby. There will be a morning (9AM-12PM) and afternoon (1PM-4PM) session available. Let us know what time works best for you!

We offer three different styles of sessions tailored for hockey and lacrosse players or athletes who want a workout with our BEAST Fit training.

ITINERARY

LACROSSE POD

Available in one or two-hour sessions
Grouped by skill level
Focus: Stick work, stick protection, footwork, shooting mechanics, dodging, defensive positioning/posture, take away checks, ground ball play
HOCKEY POD
Available in one or two-hour sessions
Grouped by skill level
Players can wear roller blades or running shoes
Focus: Stick handling, stability work, shooting mechanics, passing skills

BEAST FIT

Available in one or two-hour sessions
Grouped by skill level
Dryland Training
Focus: Speed, Agility/ quickness, conditioning, coordination/reaction drills
