30 minutes of fundamental skills
30 minutes of controlled scrimmage

COST: $250.00 PLUS HST

Our Girls Lacrosse Skills Training sessions welcome beginner players as well as advanced athletes to our BEAST Lacrosse program.

REQUIRED EQUIPMENT

Helmet, gloves, stick or full equipment (See below)

Girls lacrosse stick
Protective Eye Goggles
Mouthguard recommenced
Protective Jill recommended
Soccer cleats recommended
BEAST Lacrosse jersey (to be provided)
Athletic shorts

TEACHING FOCUS

All BEAST Athletics players are helped to build on their basic skills with advanced drills focused on speed and technique. We focus on positional awareness, ball handling, in zone battles and ball protection, which are all transferable skills to the ice.

PLEASE NOTE: NO CREDIT WILL BE BE AVAILABLE FOR MISSING A SESSION REGARDLESS OF WHEN THE CANCELLATION IS MADE. SESSIONS WHILE BE REFUNDED IF THE CLASS IS CANCELLED DUE TO COVID-19.
