2015-2016 AGE GROUPS
BEAST Athletics Cubs Club is where professional athletes will teach your child to learn, and love lacrosse. The NEXT STEPS LACROSSE program is open to boys and girls born in 2014 -2015 who want to further improve their lacrosse skills, athletic prowess and compete level.
REQUIRED EQUIPMENT: lacrosse stick, gloves and helmet.

TEACHING FOCUS
All BEAST Athletics players are helped to build on their basic skills with advanced drills focused on speed and technique. We focus on positional awareness, ball handling, in zone battles and ball protection, which are all transferable skills to the ice.
