Itinerary
9AM -10:30AM – Athletic development, stick work + skill stations
11AM – 12PM – Alternate sport of the day
12PM-1PM – Cool Down/Lunch
1PM-3PM – Games/Cool down
3PM – Pickup
*Special guest NLL coaches
COST: $120
REQUIRED EQUIPMENT
Lacrosse stick, gloves, shoulder and elbow pads, and a helmet (hockey equipment can be used).
TEACHING FOCUS
All BEAST Athletics players are helped to build on their basic skills with advanced drills focused on speed and technique. We focus on positional awareness, ball handling, in zone battles and ball protection, which are all transferable skills to the ice.
