PA DAY Lacrosse Camp
FOR REP PLAYERS IN THE 2008-2012 AGE GROUPS

Full workout in BEAST Warehouse Gym
Position specific lacrosse training on field
ITINERARY
9am check in
9:15am-10am movement based warmup/ activity
10am-11am lacrosse skills
11am-12pm lacrosse small sided/area games
12pm-1pm lunch
1pm-2pm multi sport activity/game
2-3:30 lacrosse skills and drills
3:30-4pm wrap up the day

COST
Single day: $90 +HST
All 3 days: $250 +HST
REQUIRED EQUIPMENT
lacrosse stick, gloves and helmet.
NOTES
• We recommend sending a hat and sunscreen with all campers.
• Send lunch, snacks and drinks (lots of water) for your camper.
• Please respect our “Nut-Free” snack policy.
• Pizza is provided on Friday for lunch.
• Late pickup (5:00pm) is available for an additional $20/day. If needed, please let staff know in the morning and bring cash.
• Due to the fact we are not at our normal location, camp will be cancelled for the day if the weather prohibits safe, outdoor activity. You will receive a credit for any cancelled days. Communication will be sent out no later than 7AM morning of camp.

Lacrosse is the best crossover sport for hockey and will help improve hand eye coordination, conditioning and get players used to the physical contact. These sessions will be improve young athletes overall athleticism and compete level.
