High Performance Hockey Training
We are excited to roll out our first ever Summer High Performance Hockey Training Program.
This program will be a combination of athletic-development training, synthetic ice shooting and ON-ICE development. As our players get older, the next step for them is off-ice training, injury prevention and targeting specific on-ice development to work on in the off-season.
Players will also attend seminars from a trained nutritionist and have access to measured data that shows their improvement and areas of weakness.
