BEAST Athletic Lacrosse Skills Training Skills is a program where professional athletes will teach players to learn, and love lacrosse. Improve your skills in Toronto’s fastest growing sport with a staff of professional coaches.
REQUIRED EQUIPMENT
Lacrosse stick, gloves, shoulder and elbow pads, and a helmet (hockey equipment can be used).
TEACHING FOCUS
All BEAST Athletics players are helped to build on their basic skills with advanced drills focused on speed and technique. We focus on positional awareness, ball handling, in zone battles and ball protection, which are all transferable skills to the ice.
