INTRODUCTION TO LACROSSE

SUNDAYS
September 10th – October 29th, 2023
1PM – 2PM
@BIRCHMOUNT STADIUM

40 minutes of fundamental skills
20 minutes of controlled scrimmage

EIGHT SESSIONS: $275 +HST

BEAST Athletics is a co-ed program where professional athletes will teach your child to learn, and love lacrosse.

REQUIRED EQUIPMENT: Lacrosse stick, gloves and helmet required. Shoulder pads, elbow pads, cleats are suggested. Free t-shirt!

Lacrosse is the best crossover sport for hockey and will help improve hand eye coordination, conditioning and get players used to the physical contact. These sessions will be improve young athletes overall athleticism and compete level.

Refund Policy

PLEASE NOTE: There are NO REFUNDS on session purchases. If you need to cancel the entire training program, a credit will be offered if cancellation is requested prior to seven days of event. Credit will be available for six months from purchase date. No credit will be be available for missing a single session regardless of when the cancellation is made.
