Team training at the Beast Warehouse is extensive and individualized. Teams can select from each of the Beast Warehouse service offerings to create their own team development plan across any season.

Utilizing the synthetic shooting area, the board room, and the gym, team coaches can work with specialized Beast Warehouse coaches to design sessions that include skills development, video analysis, and strength/speed/conditioning training.

Each individual session is broken into two equal blocks that will include two of the three above service offerings depending on the teams immediate and long term needs.

The team will be split into two groups that rotate through each block to ensure adequate coach to athlete ratio and individualized coaching feedback.
